Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

For schools, there is a 24 piece minimum per design per order. A repeat order is a minimum of 24 pieces per design.

For sports teams, there is a 12 piece minimum per order.

Yes, however, each item must use the same design, print size and ink colors to qualify for bulk orders. For example, a design in white ink on black t-shirt and blue long sleeve t-shirts can be combined for one bulk order to help lower your cost. 24 youth size t-shirts and 24 adult size t-shirts would be priced out as 2 different orders of 24 items each.

We will email a mockup of your personalized design reflecting your ink colors, mascots and text within 48 hours. All designs will need to be approved by the order coordinator to begin production.

Yes! Request to send you our Order Form Questionnaire. Simply fill in the blanks, save, and send the form back to us. We will create an order form for you at no cost.

If you plan on collecting orders, we provide three ways to assist:

1) Order forms – These are free and provided at your request.

2) Start a Campaign: Allow your members to enter their sizes on our website.

3) Open an online store - Opening and closing fees apply.

If you want to skip the collection process and submit your final order, you can send us an email with your final count.

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, and checks.

All orders are shipped out of the state of California via USPS or UPS. For local customers, we provide free delivery to your site.

Screen Printing orders are shipped out within 7-10 business days after final art approval and payment verification. Rush service is available if needed as long as our schedule allows for rush service.

We offer two options for delivery. We can ship orders directly to the coordinator (school or home address) or we offer the direct to customer option where orders are shipped directly to your students, parents or staff.

You can have 5 variables. Example: T-shirt, long sleeve shirt, hooded sweatshirt, crewneck sweatshirt, and zip-up hoodie.

We suggest on keeping the amount of designs and products to a low amount of 1-2 per order. The more designs you may offer often will lower the order total for each design which will make your final cost of those designs higher.
